Mandatory Annual Student Information Update

Mandatory Annual Student Information Update will begin August 13, 2022 and must be completed before the start of school September 6, 2022. Throughout the year new and current families can update forms and information through Student Information Update.

There are several forms that are required by the State of New Jersey, including the All Media Parental Permission, the Annual Policy Notification, and the Acceptable Use Policy

If you have not completed the Media Permission form, your child’s name, and photo, cannot be included in any district publication, including yearbooks and school newsletters.

If you have not completed the Acceptable Use Policy form, your child will be denied access to our school's network, and computer resources.  This will affect your child’s ability to complete assignments in class, as well as participate in online assessments.
